Not sure if I did this correctly but here in the link re: early August build dates

I'm afraid that it sounds like you are in the same situation as many of us with early August production dates...(there is a thread devoted specifically to this issue). Produced is described by others as the second phase of production & unfortunately "not ready to be shipped" & waiting for...
Wow, you have heard all the different terminology from the reps 🤣.
Interesting how the reps, although always pleasant, seem to be merely reading from a computer screen with very limited information and they always seem a bit flustered when I ask for clarification. "Produced" but not awaiting...
Just curious...does your truck show "built" or "in production" on the tracker ? Unfortunately, many of the Ford customer service reps use "built" and "produced" to mean the same thing when they are not the same. Our XL Hybrid with a tow hitch was "produced" on 8/11 but is not ready to be...
I like your theory, makes sense & hope you are correct because ours went into production on 8/11 too 😊👍. I've been thinking that the hitch is the issue too.
Yup, I bet you're right .... I hope your truck is shading ours a little since it's going to be 103 degrees again soon 🤣🤣. Seriously though, I hope we both get a "built" on our tracker soon 😊👍
Yup, I agree... Don't care about the WiFi either. What we don't get is why Ford doesn't at least keep the dealers in the loop so they can pass on the information to us.
Our dealer is great and even sent us a screenshot of the Vehicle Visibility Report (with other people's private info not...
Yup, you're right 👍. I wouldn't have been happy about that either. I've been tracking the weather & it's been extremely hot there during the last few weeks... 103 degrees the other day.
Ours was in production the same week and "produced" 8/11 but not finished or considered built. Haven't heard about the "quality check" that your dealer is referring to especially since the plant has been pumping out Mavs in the last two weeks of August & September and shipping in a day or two...
Even though it was never listed as a constraint item, I think the holdup on many of our Mavericks is the tow hitch. Like you, we are concerned about the truck baking in the desert while waiting for a "mystery" part even though our dealer's Vehicle Visibility Report shows there are no holds. Our...
WOW!! I'm frustrated over ours that was "produced" 8/11 but not completed but you have been waiting a whole lot longer so we can't complain too much. I think when our trucks leave the production line without being completed/built; then they enter the "stuck/limbo" zone & are just sitting in...
Good question but you might have better luck posting that on a different thread related to delivery. This thread was created because there are lots of us who had build weeks in the first two weeks of August and had our trucks "produced" but not completely finished and we are all still "stuck"...
You are not alone as it seems that our trucks, that were "produced" the first two weeks in August are in "limbo". We are guessing that there must have been a shortage of a part and so our vehicles were "produced" but not finished and are sitting out in a lot waiting to be completed. Our XL...
Good idea...we don't use Twitter though 😢....we are older people who can barely manage Facebook 🤣
Our concern now is the long term effect on the battery & other components of sitting and "baking" in the Mexican desert since 8/11. Today, the temperature is 103 there ☀️😲
