My work vehicles are all Explorer Hybrids with the police package and they make different noises than my Maverick. My previous personal vehicle was a 2019 Kia Niro...

    You aren't alone. When I picked up mine, I stood in my dealership's parking lot for over 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Finally, I gave up, flagged down one of their lot guys who managed to help me install it in under 30 seconds.

    I factory ordered my MY25 Lariat in August and decided to save the $1000+. My primary reason was that with my previous vehicle, I never used the sunroof, so why order it on the new vehicle.
