Ford OEM 25 Lariat windshield glass is backordered. I have had one on order for a month with my dealership and my buddy who is the senior parts guy has no idea when it will come in. None showing in his system. For the record, this is west coast Canada so I don't know if the US is experiencing...
Anytime I play audio from Android Auto on my 25 Maverick, the screen will revert to Audio Off when I have finished listening to whatever it was. I have to touch Audio Off, go to Source and then Press whichever I want (Sirius/AM/FM). That's how it is for over 18 months of owning the vehicle.
Even if your tonneau is properly aligned and installed, they are not water tight. When I was factory ordering my 25 Maverick back in 24, my salesman made that clear when we got to ordering a factory tonneau. Btw, I went roll-up, not tri-fold.
They had already tightened mine multiple times. I was getting impatient and told them to fix it. So far, so good, with the addition of these new spacers. It sounded like my lid/armrest was missing some or all. At least that's what my service advisor told me when I picked it up.
Here are two pictures, one of my work order and the other of the foam stoppers.

My 25 Lariat was doing it since I took delivery last year. However, on my most recent visit for servicing and an oil change, they looked into the issue with a bit more detective-like urgency and compared it to a MY26 that was sitting in their showroom. Note they didn't have any 25's left. They...
If you can afford it, get a PPF application and if possible, ceramic coating applied to your new vehicle as soon as possible, as the paint chips easily, even in city driving.
The parking brake procedure Tim mentioned in his Maverick Monday video is not how it is described in my 25 Lariat Hybrid owner's manual. It mentions nothing about first selecting neutral from drive and then placing in park. And to disengage, it states to manually do so with the lever. I do...
Not to lecture, but buyer beware. When I ordered my 25 Lariat in August 24, I had been leaning towards the XLT Lux. My salesman took the time to crunch not only the numbers but the comparison chart as to what's included and what isn't. I went with the Lariat and no regrets at all. Yes, I wish...
If you are not seeing an actual leak on the ground, how do you know there is a leak? My reservoir, when first parked is normal but will drop as the vehicle cools and is parked for long periods. Unless you have an eyeball on coolant on the ground, why do you think it's leaking?
No issues with headlight coverage and/or brightness on my 25 Lariat, with no aftermarket lighting whatsoever. Perhaps title of post should have added '23 Maverick, not just Maverick in general.
I kept mine for about 20k kms and then purchased Michelin CrossClimate 2's from Costco. Got $250 from a used tire shop when I brought him the Territory HT's.
