Unfortunately you got bad information. You can get FX4, 4k, and 360 assist. You can also not get 360 assist. ACC takes addition hardware not on your vehicle. Unfortunately it is expensive, labor intensive, and won't be guaranteed. I imagine it is outside of the realm for the vast majority of people.

Dealer didn't care, they don't make money on the loan interest. They get perks closing the deal. From there it becomes a financial institution issue.

It's BS. If you are an Ecoboost you'll get scheduled if it was ordered right. I'm guessing they didn't get the order in correctly and now telling you that. Get the dealer code and order number from them if you don't have that already. Then get with Ford chat and confirm the order is in and clean.

Wood is Saturday, less likely to flex. Also as a mesh will get banged up and start to corrode. Mesh is lighter, probably cheaper. Heavy use is get wood. Light use mesh. Also the folding utility trailers are pretty cool if storage space is a concern.

I wouldn't introduce a hole that was not intended on being there. Especially when you will be directing water there. Seems to be asking for potential rust, especially if when you drill it makes any paint flake off. Just my two cents.
