Hitch weight is supposed to be 288lbs empty. I'm parked in a sloped lot, near the drain, so it looks a little more squatted than it really is... but yeah, it's a big trailer, hook it to a Mav with extreme caution lol.
Maybe I'll start a new trend... tow your garage with you. Park, unhook, lower the corner jacks... and pull right in!
(Disclaimer - the trailer is aluminum so only weighs 2680 lbs empty)
(Second disclaimer - tow this size trailer on the highway at your own risk)
Can't remember if that's the evap trouble code I had... but I did have one. The dealer was able to fix the issue... parts at the time were back-ordered, I think I waited for 4 months iirc. Seems like it was a common issue for a while. My Mav was built in Jan 2023.
Sounds counterintuitive.. but what I did was loosen the screws just a whee bit. When they are over-tightened, they put tension on those weak clips. Backing out the screws a little relieves that tension. At least that's what worked for me.
Technically youâre correct, the Zep mod and BAP lights are not exactly the same. Put them side by side though, lights on or lights off, and youâll see they do look very similar and the performance (luminosity) appears equal.
Sure, an insurance company can point to that modification to try to...
Depending on my interpretation of your statement, it may not be 100% true. By âwith out it workingâ I assume you are referencing the tinting or darkening of the lens, possibly reducing the effective luminosity of the âthird brake lightâ. I researched this exact topic before doing the Zep mod...
Doing this mod does not automatically make the brake lights harder to see. My zepâd taillights/brake lights with Lasfit led bulbs appear to be brighter than stock.
Same for me - it seems like the computer is being too much of a nanny... In sport mode, at times won't let me shift into the gear I want (up or down), and in normal mode it shifts up sooner than I'd like. We really need to figure out how to actually enable full time M rather than momentary in...
Enabling TSR is a journey unto its own lol. Depends on the truck model and screen. I did hours of fiddling around and I still couldnât figure it out. Eventually someone discovered that it works on xlt fx4 6â screens only if the TSR menu screen is disabled. Counterintuitive, but thatâs what works.
