  1. Anybody get ForScan working with 2024 Mavericks?

You can't just swap without having it updated with your VIN etc. Also not sure why you would want to just to get Forscan working, since the developers at Forscan are Russian it's probably just a language thing and they will eventually get to the 2024 applictions
  2. Block Heater

Interesting, I thought all Canadian Mavericks came standard with the block heater
  3. Factory Tint % level on rear windows?

I had 25% done on the front, I wish I had done 20% since there's a clear difference from front to rear.
  4. Daily short driving distances, Blackstone engine oil analysis...

UOA = Used oil analysis. I will also say that I do not listen to the lab recommendations from blackstone. One of the early UOAs that I had done had 2.2% fuel dilution for a 5k interval and a flashpoint of 340 degrees and Blackstone recommended pushing the interval out to 7k. I wound up going to...
  5. Paint matching keypad, is it available?

It's the same keypad that people are receiving with their MY24, it's been posted a bunch of times but you're probably under the impression that they just ordered it through the Ford accessory but it's actually the one available through factory order for around $200. Ford nomenclature is confusing.
  6. Paint matching keypad, is it available?

I am here to assure you that MIC or molded in color is black. Ford lingo is something like PTC or painted to color if it were to be factory painted but there are a ton of photos already of people who ordered the MIC keypad and it's clearly just black plastic. Feel free to use the search feature...
  7. Paint matching keypad, is it available?

That option is molded in color, aka, black plastic, not paint matched like you can get on the 6th gen Bronco.
  8. It's HERE!!!!

That's all standard on the 2024 Lariat models
  9. Paint matching keypad, is it available?

Sure is, you just have to purchase a 6th gen Bronco to get it.
  10. Snow Tires Does size Matter

I'm not talking about tire wear or tire warranty, I can assure you that I know all about tires. I'm talking about your vehicle's warranty. It's 3 years 36k miles and 5/60 for powertrain. Since the speedometer is 3% optimistic you are actually putting more miles on your odometer than your vehicle...
  11. Daily short driving distances, Blackstone engine oil analysis...

Flash point is huge, cylinder temps on an ecoboost can approach and exceed 400 degrees, at that point your are burning the oil in your piston rings which causes carbon build up which also causes your piston rings to seize up, that is one of the most common killers of ecoboost engines. I have...
  12. Snow Tires Does size Matter

Ford really appreciates people running smaller diameter tires so they run through their warranty mileage quicker. The speedo is already optimistic by about 3% from the factory in their favor....
  13. Headlight Upgrade

Most of these are just idiots who put aftermarket LED bulbs in halogen reflector housings and the light doesn't get focused properly.
  14. Headlight Upgrade

I've been running the lasfits for a year and a half now with no issues
  15. Headlight Upgrade

Odd, these are the best headlights of any vehicle I've ever owned. For a super cheap vehicle Ford got the headlights right, to me at least.
  16. XLT Maverick built, not shipped, noticed error on window sticker.

Is that a Canadian market thing? In the USA they definitely don't come with the XLT lux package
  17. Skid Plates

What concerns me about the rival unit is a lack of a cooling scoop for the ptu. They should have mimicked the setup on the FX4 plates.
  18. Skid Plates

HRG plate isn't meant to provide full under engine coverage. It's meant to give approach angle coverage.
  19. Skid Plates

When I was talking to Rival they were specifically looking for a non-FX4 Ecoboost to do their test fitting with.
  20. JCR Cat Skid Plate For Eco Mavericks

I recently installed this and unfortunately it didn't fit properly, JCR was great to deal with and they are revising the design and will send me the revised version when it's ready. I did purchase stainless steel security button head torx fasteners to replace the hex head machine screws. You'll...
