Wow, that is well done - looks great!
I threw on a $9 cover from amazon, and I definitely am not thrilled about the feeling of a slip on cover. When I get motivated, I hope to stitch one half as good as this. 2 hours is quick for the outcome I think - nice!
Sorry I took some pics before we went camping last weekend and didn't have time to post them. Also forgot to put a tape on it, but I think these can help. (I haven't bought or installed the TS rails yet - haven't had the need and might pick them up if there's a good holiday sale)
Try an app called Magic Earth. You can download maps for offline use. We used it for GPS in an overseas rental car and loved it. Just got Android Auto integration recently.
Also contains hiking trails (obscure ones too!) So it's great at various national parks etc.

Its called OTG - On The Ground
Highly movable - it can go where no roof-top tent would dare!

Might rub off the $$$ coating? Online forums will look down on you?
I love the the outcome OP got and do like to take care of expensive things I own - but without a carport or garage anymore, meh, not worth it. I just plan on minimal washing (like a few times a year) and keeping the windows...
Please, whoever talks to this dealership, say:
"I was interested in your Maverick, but said 'Gosch, no thanks' when I saw the added fees."
and then when they don't go down to MSRP after your awesome joke, you can say something a bit harsher :D
Tremor is rated 20/24 MPG for city/hwy
https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/noframes/46368.shtml
that's 11.76 - 9.8L/100km
If you were hoping for 8.1, you messed up buying a Tremor!
I can close the tailgate before or after the tonneau and it seems like either way works fine.
We don't get much rain here, so it'll be a while to see if one way vs the other seals better.
The manual states to close cover first, tailgate last

I like the physical connection of a plug. Not sure why everyone wants to go wireless and bluetooth - take the 5 seconds to plug in your phone and have a solid connection.
Yeah, you gotta take your phone outta your pocket, but I also have to turn a key to "start" my XL hybrid :D
I'm too cheap for that.
I got a Powerbuilt U-jack, although, it appears to have gone up quite a bit in price. Pretty sure I paid less than $100 when I bought it a few years back.
Watch out for Black Friday deals?

Works well and recommended, but not...
I wanted one that could work with Elevate TS rails, so I went with the Rough Country hard tri-fold.

for a bit more than the Amazon/ebay ones, but less than the Bak/etc, I think its a good price point option (also...
I feel the same regarding tax deductions for charity/religious/etc. That's widespread tax payer contributions to organizations that individual tax payers may not wish to support.
