Are you saying Ford shorted you a transmission oil cooler? Are you sure the cooler mounted on the radiator about mid way up is not there? That would be a major blunder on Ford's part. Seems unlikely.
Dash cams are really great at illustrating the fact that in so many accidents there really is essentially zero time to react. When it's your time it's your time, sort of deal. I'm glad to hear your truck isn't totaled?
Oof, been there, done that. $150 for paintless dent repair left me with two small divets. You have to catch at exactly the right angle to see. I was able to find plastic rivets with plastic inserts that worked at most mounting points. I used heavy duty velcro for any saggy areas.
I unwired the left DRL circuit (CLF04) at the splice that is circled and cut and spliced a pigtail into ground GD 142. Then added a generic 2 pin connector with CLF04 as positive and GD142 as negative. Other side of the connector went to the Putco driver. Using Forscan I set the Left DRL circuit...

OE certified meaning Ford certified? Unlikely. DOT certified should be followed by the certification...
I believe almost every Maverick has this same dash pop. It has something to do with contact between the upper dash and the defroster vent. The Ford TSB for dash rattle won't fix it. I had the TSB done and the dash still pops.
I have found photos from eBay listings of used dashboards to be the...
I have GEICO and a $500 deductible. I asked the auto glass rep for the specific part# and explained my reason for asking for it. He sourced it from a dealship within 24 hours. Geico defaulted to Safelite, of course, but I called the local office and explained I wanted OEM glass and a Ford...
I just swapped my cracked XLT for the acoustic glass. I would rate it as a small improvement in overall noise. That being said, many small improvements equal a big improvement. I have the fender well pads and additional acoustic padding under the dash. The windshield extends below the dash to...
There is actually a foam block that goes up high in the fender well. The long black pad is contoured to touch at the bottom. You can find the exploded view and foam block part number on parts.ford by searching the term "insulator" for the Maverick. It is just synthetic cotton block. I ended up...
