The g/f had a similar experience with her 2024 Ford Escape ST-Line....turned out to be a bad coil pack on cylinder #1. Replaced under warranty and on our way.
Well, shocks and struts (and related strut bearing plates) are a wear item, although, 33K miles seems a bit of an early demise...glad you got Ford to cover most of the cost.

What I like about NAPA oils are that when they put the oil on sale, they put it ALL on sale, not just the 5 quart jugs and then "gotcha" since you need an addition 1 quart jug to top the oil to the correct level and most other stores don't bother putting their 1 quart bottles on sale.
