It has to do with how you push your door open and inadvertently pushing the manual lock/ unlock Lever. It's easy to do. See above post #13 The Ford Connected app. Is unavailable to me. No wifi 10 minutes away from home.

In all the instances above highlighted in bold. (Only drivers door was locked) You accidentally locked the driver's door. By inadvertently pushing the lock/unlock LEVER.
