The 25 hybrid has a new transmission, AWD, 4k tow package option and the suspension from the Ecoboost version. So the big changes for 25 is with the hybrid version.
They don’t have any in stock….. They don’t even start building them until tomorrow. Then there will be a 6 week hold for quality checks. The earliest they will get one is January.

If they are holding them 6 weeks for quality checks then they won’t ship until next year. I wonder if it’s all of job one they will hold the 6 weeks.
I think when the Maverick is redesigned sometime between 2028 and 2030 it will get a 4.8-5 foot bed, more structural strength and 5k tow option. I can also see the next version being hybrid only. If that is the case than the Maverick will start taking over even more of the midsize market.
That's interesting since the Toyota Prius uses a very similar eCVT and lots of them getting 200,000 plus and some over 300,000 miles. It's a very reliable transmission.
