As has been discussed, the removal of the 4G hotspot modem has nothing to do with FordPass. All of those functions stay the same. My truck is still “in production” but it already loads up in FordPass. It won’t let me activate it yet since I don’t have it, but it’s there.

Yes, I got it. Even though my tracker shows it was in production 9/10 and all modules are live. I was actually chatting at the time it came across with a Ford rep who said my order was built and gave me an ETA to the dealership.

I chatted with Ford today about both of my orders. They confirmed that my Horsham order is not scheduled, so it will rollover. They said my other order - in production since 9/1 - was "produced" and has an ETA to the dealer of 10/13-10/19. But while I was chatting an email came from Ford saying...

At least you made someone happy. It won't help you at all since scheduling is well beyond his control.. but doing a nice thing for someone is always good.
