Does this mean the system glitch is resolved and Atlas Blue can be ordered now? Up till now there were issues across the lineup with Atlas Blue being selected causing a "pricing error" to prevent the order from being entered.

Yes and venting like that is something we all do. The problem is when it becomes overly excessive. Also, VINs are coded to the year. Ford is stupid, we know, but they're not so stupid as to issue VINs for vehicles they cannot build.
