so another question i have for you experts is, do i need a load resistor for the turn signal wires? As it stands, I'm not getting hyperflash with the turn signals on the mirrors and I'm tapping these wires to the stock turn signal light connector in the front. I do have a problem with hyper...
I will leave this to the next person. As for me I’m ok with having the wire hanging out of the mirror like that. You won’t be able to see the wire on the mirror at night anyway so .
Bad angle I guess but it’s not being pinched at all. I will find a better way to route and package the wires with more electrical tape. Thanks for the feedback.
there's after market 3rd brake light that you can install in place of OEM. But if people don't look at your car and at their phone then you could have an elephant on the car and it wouldn't matter.
If I had to guess it would be the female one. I was messing anyway. Women are the best drivers out there. Especially the soccer moms. Can’t recall how many times I’ve got near misses.
Trying to keep the cost and time down when doing these projects has been my #1 priority. If I was to drill and make it look professional, the cost would not be $50 or less. Plus, I don't have all the time in the world right now to design and create prototype to please you people...haha.... Got a...
Lol…this is why I’m no professional by any means. Just doing this at the last minute without any planning or preparation. I just winged it. I’m more about functionality than form. Don’t intend on keeping my maverick forever so drilling and cutting into the mirrors aren’t what I wanted to do...
i bought these lights from Amazon. Planning on tapping into the tail lights using the same lights but instead of the white DRL I will be using the red/amber turn signals instead. More of that to come later. As for the wiring, look at the video where I ran the wires in between the gap of the door...
