You might want to do a search on this site for AFE bias. There is some good information there about mpg. Many say the computer is 5 percent too high.

This information is spot on. I have adjusted mine several times. Started with 940 and I am now using 952. I like to verify mine about every 1,000 miles. Don't believe the on dash reading unless you have adjusted the AFE bias.

Yes, it does, but to me that is no big deal. Hit the ok button and that goes away.

Unplugged the sensor on the negative battery terminal.

I decided to disconnect this feature. I know some will say it was a mistake, but it is so nice to drive the truck now. I know that it also disconnects the battery management system. I can just reconnect the sensor if needed.

Ford is raising the prices fast enough already. We don't need the tariffs. It's a bad idea that hopefully will not pass.

Don't trust the computer unless you have adjusted the AFE bias. My best is around 30, and my overall average is 29.3. I also check my mpg at the pump.

I am using 5w-30 Full synthetic oil. Have the work done at a local garage. They use Wix filter and Wix oil to factory specs. I don't use any additives. Use top tier gas. Changed oil at 1500 miles for the first change. Will get future changes at 4,000 to 5,000 miles.
