I updated the OP with the correct spreadsheet and a better pic of the connector diagrams. Whats missing is EZ mode instructions, but I know some modules are missing ez mode in FORScan for our trucks, so I never bothered to try. If anyone wants to put that together, I'll add it to the OP.
The alerts are normal. They are a combination of "invalid config" and actual errors from the CCM not being installed. Invalid config seems to be sent by any module that doesn't know the truck has ACC while others are programmed that it does. Once they are all configured, that particular error...
Immediately after the change at IPMA 706-02-02, The CCM should show up.
Make sure that you got the wiring right on the CCM, and after changing the config you need to disconnect forscan from the truck and let it create a new profile when you reconnect to see the CCM. If it's not working, either...
Sorry about that I think the wrong version of the spreadsheet was uploaded.
I’ll update the op when I get back to my computer.
Here is before and after

I did cat 5. Might be better shielded, I can hear a whine in my aftermarket tweeters since doing the mod.
I might just need to move the speaker wires I ran further away from the cat5 but I have havent been bothered enough to stick my head under the steering column since I completed the install...
You might get some weird voltage off the canbus lines. 18 is definitely power, 9 ground. Make sure you got the wire order right on the CCM plug, with the end that goes into the CCM towards you is the image in the book.
Also, did you tell the IPMA the CCM was present? Fresh scan with Forscan not...
I am no expert, I didn’t bother with disconnecting the battery during this mod, except for the steering wheel part.(air bags) The manual says not to pull the cable off the battery post, but to remove the other end of the battery ground from the chassis instead. Something to do with the battery...
The steering wheel switch is super easy to swap if you want. FWIW drivers in my area are terrible, they will cut you off if you give them an inch of room. Makes the ACC very annoying as the truck freaks out when they cut in, slamming the brakes before accelerating again to match the new cars...
I believe it’s 15-20 minutes, that’s how long the radio will stay on if you turn off the truck and sit in it. FWIW I have a 150w usb c charger in the 12v socket, charges my laptop. Never had an issue with no starts.
Ive heard the JL stealthbox is lackluster in performance and accuracy. Ive been very happy with a JL 10tw3 in the Skar fiberglass box. Dont forget to disable the factory bass rolloff in forscan.
You'll need to run wires to the tweeters in order to use the crossover with those front components...

Today I got the lane centering button working, Behaves exactly like the signal stalk button, the stalk button no longer works. Changed to lariat config on 706-15-01 x*xx-xxxx-xxxx changed 8 to 9. the spreadsheet said A should enable both, but it didn't actually...
That connector is fine, it hasn't changed between years at all.
About the steering wheel switch, you'll get adaptive cruise and lane centering without any distance adjustment. The touch screen will work.
