Good point. In my case, the service and sales departments are separate enough that I trust all of my Fords to an amazing service advisor despite the fact I won't buy from this dealership again.

It's okay to leave it blank. I think I would in this case since you are leaving a warning about the dealership. Singling out an individual won't matter much. By the way, I know this list of dealerships is working since I am starting to receive requests (and threats) to remove dealership warnings.
