In the manual it definitely gives the ok to flat tow the hybrid up to 70mph with no time constraints however it also gives directions for ‘emergency flat towing’ with what seems to be the same procedure, and it is severely limited. What am I missing?

Ok, so for 22 we had NRAXXXXX which got us through the first 99999 mavericks, then ford moved to NRBXXXXX. For 23 they seem to have started with PRAXXXXX to get us through the first 99,999. So sequential vins that denote model year. Correct? They went from N, skipped O, to avoid confusion to P?
