I never had an issue with driving but was concerned and annoyed with the messages that are now seemingly inaccurate based on my voltage tests after the message is received. Nowhere in the bulletin does it say anything other than battery saver parameters at 9.5v which was the whole point. I didn't write the F’ing thing FORD did, wtf is your beef with me?

No remorse whatsoever since I use it mostly for running errands around town as my "daily" and have an AWD SUV as well as a sports car so Maverick gets used sparingly. Retirement is awesome!

I would bypass the Ford representation here and just take it to your dealer. Speaking from personal experience that’s all they will tell you to do in the end and it’s a waste of your time.

This thread is hilarious. I haven’t driven an XL hybrid but my Lariat hybrid rides better and quieter than my 2019 Audi Q3 and is a pleasure on the highway at any speed and loves the curves. I can’t imagine an XL would be that much different but I hope you find what you are looking for.
