I've had my Lariat hybrid over a year now and frequently remote start with the app as well as the fob and the engine starts almost immediately in colder weather. I also set the seat heater(s) and steering wheel heater to on before shutting down and they always are on when I remote start.

Thank You!! I appreciate your help with this. The SOC is not surprising being a hybrid that doesn’t get used every day or for long drives often. The weird thing is that whenever I get a battery saver alert I check the battery voltage and it is always above 12v.
