Rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
Went Lariat - fully loaded with tri-fold tonneau. Only thing I don't have is mudflaps and some of the janky tool boxes and other bed accessories
Let's be honest about this. The OP and the Jeep were both committing moving violations at the time of the collision. Illegal conduct from both parties obviously contributed to this accident, regardless of the percentage of fault that is ultimately determined.
PSA: Driver impairment/distraction...
I found that equally confusing.
If you have the luxury package it does indeed come with the B&O speakers. The 6 speakers are 'standard equipment' but that is overidden by the add-on luxury package.
LOL @ "tens of thousands of miles". Drive a few more 'tens of thousands of miles' and experience will teach you that when in doubt it's always best to hit the brakes and slow it down.
Let us know when you hit your first 100k. 😆
Sometime around then you'll learn the rule of the road is 'expect...
Looks cheap.
It seem to suggest in the description but isn't entirely clear from the video...
Do the factory turn signals still engage on?
Could you at least demo the product properly?
Eh... Watching the video...
It seems like the OP was driving too fast for conditions (and admitted they were driving over the limit... which is ALWAYS too fast regardless of the conditions).
It then seems OP failed to yield to the vehicle in front of them and didn't even try to brake until the...
If they came out with a Ranger hybrid that was even cheaper than the 2022 XL 2.3 Ecoboost (starts at $25,715)...
Maybe... I'd probably want something with a few more options (My Mav was +40K, not 20K) but if they had a Hybrid Ranger with 4x4 supercab and 6 foot box I'd consider it.
Problem is...
LOL. I'm in the same boat. I look at that and think to myself, "No way I'd have the cajones to make that work"
I don't think anyone is approving of it or would want to see that rolling down the street next to them but it sure is a marvel to see.
IMO, if anyone really deserves our ire it's the...
EDIT: I resent the fact that the admins changed the title of my post (yet made no mention that they made editorial changes to the content).
I've removed my photos in protest.

I was on my way home today. I actually saw more Mavericks this afternoon than I had in the month...
I never assume malice when sheer incompetence can cause the same outcome. While they're certainly screwing over customers and smaller dealers I don't think it is by design.
I presume not even Ford knew how much of a cluster this would be (at least in the early stages).
When even the...
Its not your buying methodology that I take issue with. Its the smug attitude towards other posters who didn't "mitigate their risk" when they ordered (as if they could have had any idea of the clown show that would ensue:rolleyes:).
Considering you doubled down on this behavior, It confirms my...
That looks pretty good. I think I like it.
Thinking about lifting my own Maverick but not sure I can stomach the MPG hit. Last time I filled up it almost made me sick. 💸💸
What is your total ground clearance now? Noticeable change in MPG?
Username refers more to my recreational pursuits than occupation. ;)
Anyways, I'm not an engineer or one of those educated types. I'm a mere service technician who now owns and operates his own small repair company. It's a fairly niche industry so I'd prefer not to advertise that information...
I suppose it depends on the application but in my industry 1/8" coated steel cables become damaged or simply wear out at regular intervals with far less weight put on them than a ton.
That aside, the cable isn't the only factor. Connectors, crimps ETC also play into it.
If each cable is rated...
The idea that someone should have the knowledge and foresight to 'do their homework' on a dealership order seems patently absurd.
The truth is the entire ordering situation has been entirely unreasonable and no regular person would have an inkling of a clue to research their dealers...
My tailgate has the exact same situation.
I brought it to a local dealer and the dweeb in the service department literally laughed at me.
I told them I paid a lot of money for the truck and that the tailgate was supposed to be rated for at least 400lbs and that I didn't expect it would support...
Fellow 2.0 EB AWD Lariat here...
I noticed that my first few tanks of gas were definitely pretty disappointing in the mileage department. For a moment I thought I had been conned by Ford as I, too, was getting sub 20MPG.
After about 2,000 miles on the odo and warm weather showing up it seems...
