Is there something specifically about the Maverick which makes you think you won't keep it very long? Or is it just because a change in your circumstances?
This guy has it right.
I work in a different industry but one that also sells extended warranties for the product. Those warranties are a profit center plain and simple.
I've found that for most customers it will, at best, be a break even proposition. Only a small minority of customers require...
I'm no expert on used car valuations but I predict that you're likely to see substantial differences in pricing between the 4K tow trucks and those without.
FX4 is less clear. If you also option the 4k tow (which has a lot of crossover with the featurres FX4 package brings) the only real...
At least on my vehicle, the display shows my Maverick engages power to all four wheels until I hit about 20-30MPH, at which point the FWD takes over and it kills power to the rear wheels.
LOL the mods moved an anecdote/joke about my dealer experience into the Tech section regarding issues, repairs, warrantys and recalls? Seriously?
I don't think my thread was a discussion regarding any of those issues, but hey - you do you.
You mean their speculative investment was never worth what the crooks selling them on it said it would be. ;)
I'm just being coy. I understand how these things work. Won't stop me from LOLing at the insanity of it all. That 1.3 billion dollars in valuation was smoke and mirrors to begin with.
Lost it, eh? Where did it go? 3.1 billion that simply walked out the door or lost in the couch cushions?
Oh.... you mean they made less money than expected? ;)
... and you'll never guess how long he spent trying to convince me that my vehicle would break and when it did I would never be able to fix it myself.
If you're going ecoboost, not getting the 4K tow package (and thus AWD) seems like a major misstep.
Keep in mind you're not just getting AWD. You're also getting upgrades to the rear suspension and things like a transmission cooler and a better radiator/cooling fan. I can't predict how those...
I don't see any end in sight to our supply chain woes. We're looking at at least 16-24 months until we get anything approaching 'normal' (and that's probably a best case scenario).
IMO, the only thing way we see ADM markup go away anytime soon is if we see a severe recession (or a dramatic...
I agree.
To clarify, I don't really think it's the cover that is the source of the leaks. It's the tailgate. At least on mine, there are some gaps and the pressure wash in the carwash gets in there. It snowed the other day though and stayed mostly dry.
I have the factory hard tri-fold cover.
I find that most of the leakage actually comes from gaps in the side/top of the tailgate and only really leaks in a downpour or if i take it through the carwash.
I threw a few of these in the back of my bed for anything that is especially sensitive to...
