Are you sure they did a complete sync reset ? Its got some specific steps to do and I had to manage that roadside once and was about a 20 minute session- Sync/3 though on a 22- It definitely fixed my issues-...

Interesting- Wondering how the PTU For the FX4/4TOW with its little wonky plastic air scoop that's already gotten destroyed by light off-roading for a number of folks will fair. Plastic scoop that sits inside the metal skid plate- What a design ! lol

Same set up here- If you ever get a reduced power error message and the truck slows down massively when towing or otherwise its probably a defective turbo/wastegate. My 2022 FX4- would not hold a proper amount of boost in certain situations mostly at elevation gain 75 MPH and or towing ETC-...

I don't get to the point of it going dead- I just lose interior lights and get a silly message on my phone- I throw a charger on it when needed which isn't too hard- OEM power management issues are not just a Ford problem not awesome regardless - I do know the Ford Pass App opens slower now...
