  1. Sliding rear window visibility issues

Only has two hands! If he had opposable thumbs on his feet, there would be four sliders!
  2. I *love* my little hay-hauling truck

We lived in Honeoye for 9-1/2 years. Great little area! Miss the horseback riding in those parts.
  3. I *love* my little hay-hauling truck

Anyone with horses has "a hay guy." WAAAAAAY better than a drug dealer if you can get a good deal on hay. LOL! When I lived in NY, I was getting hay at $3/bale. Are the horse-owner Southerners in here still buying semi-loads of hay from NY and Canada or has the increase in gas prices put the...
  4. I *love* my little hay-hauling truck

Jealous! LOL! I never knew anyone who kept riding mules. 😉
  5. I *love* my little hay-hauling truck

I've always been curious about riding a mule since they're different than horses and so much smarter in many ways.
  6. Once I FINALLY get my Maverick...

I'm all for it if I can talk my other half into it.
  7. Once I FINALLY get my Maverick...

I'll be hitting the back roads from FL on up to GA and then SC. I'm looking for weird places in each state, like old farm properties with abandoned homes, rumored haunted houses or other oddities --such as Crybaby Bridge in SC. Anyone been there? Love traveling on Woodpecker Trail, which is a...
  8. Maverick is #2 and #6 Most Price Marked Up Vehicle (Over MSRP)

For any of you not trading in a vehicle with your dealer, have you ever heard of such a thing as being charged $1500 for NOT having a trade? The fuq is that all about?
  9. Center console organizer

    I like this option!
  10. ADM fatigue may have finally occurred.

Love the pic of your dog! What breed?
  11. 🧭 Maverick Build & Tracking Links

Nah. That's like one of those "new math" questions of: If one CSX train is headed to Jacksonville at 55mph, but stops in Macon, GA for three hours to load 27 dealer-allocated Mavericks onto the train, and there's 37 rail cars attached to the locomotive, what time will the train arrive in...
  12. I *love* my little hay-hauling truck

If there is another horse in my future, I'm going with a gaited breed. Joy, the Tennessee Walker I sold back to her owner, was...a joy (aptly named!) to ride and smooth as could be. Also greatly enjoyed my Standardbred mare, who was a pacer rather than a trotter. The horse that challenged me...
  13. I *love* my little hay-hauling truck

    The donkeys are adorable!
  14. I *love* my little hay-hauling truck

You'll need it. Horses ain't cheap to keep, that's for sure. Per contract, the last horse I owned was sold back to her original owner when I moved out of NY. I won't own again unless I can have my own property.
  15. Texas WTB Steelies

I'd be willing to part with my steelies when I finally take possession of my Maverick. Will trade+cash for 18" Lariat wheels or 17" XLT wheels. Is the usage of the words rims/wheels interchangeable? Sort of like mixing "clips" vs. "mags."
  16. ADM fatigue may have finally occurred.

Think about how many new iPhones are purchased for this exact reason? I want to know why a cell phone needs to cost $1000+ dollars? If my iPhone 5 hadn't died, I'd still be using it. I loved that phone!
  17. Truck broke down! Front axle and transmission issue after 60 miles

Back in 1984, my mother finally purchased her very first brand new car after years of buying used VWs. She managed to drive her brand new, fully loaded Toyota Camry for all of 700 miles before the engine blew. Turns out no one had done a thorough inspection on the car and missed the fact that...
  18. Toyo Open Country AT3 245/70r17

After seeing those tires, all I could think of was the lyrics to Baby Got Back: "I like 'em real thick and juicy..."
  19. I *love* my little hay-hauling truck

Since everyone else seems to want truck photos, I'd like to see a picture of your mare. 😊
