Like others have said...I'm going to guess it's the ICE "dieseling" when it shuts down. Hard to tell from a video though.
A good test for this would be to try higher octane full like 91 or better and see if it quits.
Either way I would say it's not normal and it shouldn't need anything more than...
not me.

oh crap, I think it's 5 years 60k. I would go in and ask for an exception, I had the same problem on a Lexus and they did the job for free with 4k over the warranty as a curtesy.

and btw, that is probably the rear main seal on the engine. A very exspensive job. The engine or transmission has to come out the replace it.
You are taking a chance whether or not your truck's computers get cooked when you jump another car. I would never do it. As an example the car could have a grounded positive battery cable and that means you would short out your truck. I always carry a portable jumper and have used it many times...
Well cool, I did not know this info. So I was right, it wasn't my imagination that eco slows you quicker. I've only had the truck a few days.
I guess it comes down to how close to other drivers, red lights you hit and when they turn, how much load in the truck, ect, ect, ect.
What does tow/haul...
I would not touch it and take it under warranty. There is a slow leak and it's not normal. If you tighten those bolts they can tell by the witness marks on them and could use that against you on the warranty coverage.
I don't buy warranties on stuff that has a warranty on it. Just wait until the manufacture's is close to being up for that decision. Heck, you never know, you could sell it or wreck it before the time comes anyway.
Just me......
I'm wanting a drop in liner and have found a "Ford" one. My question is why is it described as "modular"? Does it come in pieces? MY concern is if it's in pieces will crap get washed under it when I hose it out? Like sand, dirt ect?
You know what I mean? TIA
Well I found a install video, and it...
