I got the official Ford email today notifying me that my Granger order is scheduled for 10/24. I'm in the 107,000 VIN range. My local order is in the 111,000 VIN range and is currently in production with modules active.

Sure, the dealer can set it anywhere between 19 and 10 and change it at will. Ford can drop it below 10, usually it goes to 2 when they are looking at it for production.
