    That is because there was a bug that was showing the Luxury package as $0 and it is actually $2500. Also, FWIW, you can't order a hybrid until August for the 2023 model year. If you want a 2022 you have to order a EcoBoost and do it before 9pm Eastern on Thursday of this week.

    According to the video just posted by Long MacArthur the email from Ford does not mean that. The ROVP is a separate process. I would check with your dealer to be sure they got approval through the ROVP process based on what Tim said.
