    Might be less effective on the Mav than on the S-10, but is it effective on the Mav. I have not done a accurate comparison, I just figured "it can't hurt" so why not? If I need to go off road, it is a quick, four bolt removal.

    A zip tie on either of these two places? How about adding one on the shock just below the bottom edge of the boot?
