You might just take it back to the dealership and ask them to fix it right. That way, they may treat you a little better in the future. Otherwise, you may just get more of the same. They know how to fix it.

Are the 12V outlets hot all the time? I bet at least one of them, turns off when the ignition is off (Maybe not right away, but after awhile or when the door opens).
Contact your insurance company and ask what you are covered for. Maybe collision is on your company and bodily injury is on the driver. Make sure the prospective buyer shows you proof of insurance (they should have that document in their car already).
That said, I would not let them drive it...
It looks like a very gritty surface and keeping it clean might be more annoying than just wiping down the paint with a wet rag. If it's intended to stand on, that is entirely different and it looks perfect for that.
What gripes me is when 'They' print using small letters even though 'They' have a large enough erea where a more readable size font and contrasting color could have been used.
