You are discounting that there is trailer weight, gear, etc. You also have NO idea what kind of ramp launch he/she will be using. It's a bad idea. Not just from spec's but being a light two wheel drive vehicle will pose it's own problems.

Never mind the fact you will be over the limit that it's supposed to tow, you will regret trying that the first time you can't get it out of the water and up the ramp.
