I tried to get a replacement fob for my 2022 XLT Maverick from Costco but they couldn't cut or program it. This was about a month ago.

I lost one of my original key fob and only have original. Can this key fob be programmed with only one original key fob?

Does the replacement fob have the same range to unlock & start your Maverick like the OEM fob?

I took my Maverick back in for the deep sleep mode issue again for the 3rd time and they replaced the battery. I do have a dash cam and the last time they blamed it on the dash cam. This time they didn't. So far battery is holding up and I will take it back if I have the deep sleep issue again.

Yes, I had an issue and it was resolved. They also did a follow up call asking if my issue was resolved. I do know it wasn't a bot calling me.

I did forget to mention I did charge up my battery with my NOCO genius charger until it was fully charged and the deep sleep message came back a week later. I will most likely swap out the battery with a AGM down the road and Thanks for directions for the BMS procedure.
