Yes I've already started the process. I will be out my $250 deductible but hopefully my ins. can get that back from allstate.

More bad news is the woman that hit me has allstate insurance and they will only pay 85% of the claim leaving me to pay the other 15%. She was totally to blame. Their adjuster said I had time to get out of the way! I'm like "are you kidding?!!" I didn't even know she was in her car until she hit me.

I finally sold my motorcycle last year due to a bad back but when I rode I always figured everyone in a car or truck was trying to kill me. It's sad when you're stopped in a parking lot and you get hit by someone not paying attention.

I told the estimator that I wanted all new ford oem parts. He said no problem but some may be on backorder when he orders them.

That's one of my concerns is matching the color. This shop has done excellent work for me in the past so I believe they can match it.

The guy that did the estimate said he will put a new door on it because it got into the collision beam. Also a new front fender and the complete mirror assembly because it cracked the plastic base under the mirror.

All the body shops in this area are backed up 3-4 months. The shop I'm going to do the work said parts are showing that they are available but he won't know if they're backordered until he actually orders them.

About 6 mos. Not as long as a lot of people.

and then this happened. Stopped in a parking lot waiting for a guy to back into a spot and WAM! a woman backed into me. It's worse than the pictures let on. $3800+ in damages. Bad news is it will be July or August before I can get it in.

Mine was built on 3/6/23, shipped on 3/8/23 and arrived at the dealer on 3/29/23.

My Lariat Lux has it. Not sure if it's real leather but it feels like it. Feels and looks different than the seats.

Mine sat in TX for almost a week then about 4 days at the final rail destination at Chicago Hts. The tracker showed it was shipped but not in "final prep". The sales lady called me around noon on 3/29 and I picked it up that afternoon.

I picked mine up yesterday! Pictures to follow. 3 weeks to the day from shipment to delivery.
