I’m scheduled for for week of 11/22 as well after a few delays. My order went to “in production” status with no date or sticker on 11/15 and on 11/16 my window sticker link appeared. Blend date says 11/15, but no emails or any changes to the tracker since then. Hoping it actually gets built this...
My window sticker just went live today. I can't get Ford's tracker to do anything past couple days still, but manually checking the window sticker shows a blend date of 11/15/21 for me, even though I was last delayed email said 11/22/21 as my build week. So, maybe good news?
Mine was scheduled 11/1, 11/8, and now 11/22, but I just checked today and it says "In Production". My window sticker link doesn't work though. Hmm. No idea how long it has been at In Production either as I rarely check the Ford tracker.
It is pretty common for detailers to clay and polish even brand new cars, especially if they are about to ceramic coat or PPF a car. Most "new" cars have been sitting outside for a while or have just like you mentioned, rail dust on them. I wouldn't worry about a clay and polish job. I'd only be...
Looks pretty good. Works well with the chrome badging. I’d be curious how it looks debadged with black lettering and dechroming the ford logo since you can’t remove it.
Lot of dealers list Maverick's on the web site, but never actually have anything. If you look closely, some dealers are at least a little bit honest and show the status. The Kreiger site shows " Status: Dealer Ordered " for the one you linked.
I got my email at midnight saying it's delayed from Nov 8th to 22nd now. Had a few weeks ago moving it from 1st to 8th. So I'm 3 weeks delayed across 2 emails now.
They sell SLX extenders as well to make it reach 66". I could always go that route, but its probably not going to be necessary.

This link has a quick way to compare 5000SLX to 5000TL.
While the TL does lift higher than the SLX does, I find my SLX lifts high...
I did read the whole thread, and respectfully disagree with your assessment. I did not doubt your experience. I personally don't believe your comparison scenarios apply to what the rest of the thread and review were targeting and then you proceeded to get passive aggressive.
Quite a hostile response that didn't seem warranted or provoked.
I feel these tests shown are done specifically to see how the vehicle does on various obstacles to the average untrained person. Yes, you could drive around this made up course, but he wants to see if the Maverick can sort it out...
I have a the older 5000SLX which has the 60" max lift point spread similar to the newer 5000TL. Fingers crossed its enough to reach the pinch welds in the specified spots. I have pinch weld blocks/adapters which have worked nice on other cars to prevent folding them over.
I managed to make my...
If you want the push to start you will want to get the Lariat. You might get something to work like that Easyguard, but it will likely be less secure, often fail and need troubleshooting to fix. I wouldn't bother with it. The factory system usually has antennas to recognize when you are near the...
Guessing that’s going to Germain? Might have to swing by and check your truck out. Won’t see mine for another 2 months and still haven’t seen one in person. Would like to see those controversial lariat seats that we ordered, haha.
I’ve mostly seen hybrids move back. Thought it might be noteworthy being an EcoBoost delayed. Used to always seeing EBs scheduled, built, and delivered quickly.
Just got an email at midnight stating my estimated build date has changed. Now the 8th of November and was previously the 1st. My order is an EcoBoost Lariat AWD, heavily optioned up. Sad news.
I ordered through Germain Ford of Beavercreek. They were selling at invoice, but did say it wouldn't last forever. That was back in August. Saved me about $1100 off MSRP.
It's more expensive than Granger since they are 3% below invoice, but I don't have to deal with shipping/courtesy...
Tim and Long McArthur was advertising at MSRP on orders with free shipping to your door if you finance through him. Never has mentioned doing anything cheaper and has stated 2500 over MSRP on stock units.
