  1. Any other console vault owners?

I’m thinking about ordering the bronco one for the cargo are when (if) it gets here. That one is much bigger. But there’s less room back there as a result
  2. Any other console vault owners?

Agreed. I carry concealed for work, so it’s always on me. But if I’m going into an area where I can’t carry (airport, etc.), I need to have a secured location for storage. Much better option that just leaving it in the regular console or glove box
  3. Any other console vault owners?

I’m glad I decided to get this. It’s very well built. The only potential drawback is the size of the opening. It’s just big enough to fit a P365XL. I’m not sure my full sized VP9 would fit. Who else got one? What do you think?
  4. Buschur's 2.0 EcoBoost air intake dyno'd and ready. +26 whp and +17 ft lbs of torque

Not trying to be rude. But there isn’t always a huge fan to cool intake charge. Perfect example would be a car stopped at a light. A fair comparison would be no fan between runs to simulate those conditions. Even better, limit how much air you push with the fan. Air flow is minimal at low...
  5. Buschur's 2.0 EcoBoost air intake dyno'd and ready. +26 whp and +17 ft lbs of torque

I read it. Prove me wrong. Do multiple runs. See if it doesn’t pull timing when the engine bay heats up. If I’m wrong, I’ll apologize
  6. Buschur's 2.0 EcoBoost air intake dyno'd and ready. +26 whp and +17 ft lbs of torque

@ScottSG62 Do you think the above comments are funny because science is a fictitious conspiracy? Or are you just co-signing on bad practices?
  7. Buschur's 2.0 EcoBoost air intake dyno'd and ready. +26 whp and +17 ft lbs of torque

Open filter element is a bad idea. You may have gotten good numbers for a pull or two. But back to back runs will start to show heat making an impact. If you can’t insulate the filter from the elements AND supply fresh air, it’s a waste of time, money.
  8. What are they topping off the tank with?

Wondering what octane fuel they would have been filling the tank with on the 2.0eb mavericks. I doubt they put 93 in it. But lower octane fuels shouldn’t really be used on turbo cars. If my tank is filled with low test, I’ve got a surprise ahead of me for my first fill up with 93.
  9. Buschur's video of horrible factory Maverick exhaust design. Improvements to be gained opening system up

The right way to do it is to mount a straight through (no baffles) resonator as close to the turbo as possible. It knocks down the vibration and NVH sooner and results in a cleaner sound and more power. The way to gain power is to open up the down pipe and get rid of the primary cat to increase...
  10. Trading-In/Selling Outright/Selling to Online Companies - Tell Your Story

Carvana was by far the highest of all my offers. By at least a few 1000. I managed to pocket 11,000 for my Q50 that I was upside down on prior to COVID. Saving that for a down payment on the Bronco
  11. Ford Pass Points

I took delivery Friday and my account shows 0 🤷🏻‍♂️
  12. Ford Pass Points

Website says FordPass points may take 30 days to show up.
  13. Ford Pass Points

I just looked on fordpass to see if my points were on there. Didn’t see them. I’ll call and see when they are going to be activated. Hopefully I can stack points from the maverick and the bronco. Gonna need some steps for the wife to get in.
  14. Buschur's got a 2022 Maverick! 2.0 Dyno Results / Numbers, MPG, and Review!

Yea. But you would likely need a different MAP sensor to read the extra boost.
  15. Buschur's got a 2022 Maverick! 2.0 Dyno Results / Numbers, MPG, and Review!

Nobody is “trashing” their engine. Simply typing an ill informed statement doesn’t make it true.
  16. First couple miles in the books

Shipping was the only way to keep 1100 miles from being put on it by a stranger. Mine arrived with 19 miles
  17. First couple miles in the books

    Both actually
  18. Smoked / Tinted Tail Lights on 2022 Maverick (Pics). Yay or Nay?

Too dark. Creates too much contrast. Need to be a little lighter. It will blend much better.
  19. First couple miles in the books

Just took the wife and in-laws out for dinner in the Maverick. Overall, great experience. My findings so far. -It drives nicely on city streets. Smooth ride. Comfortable - the plastic trim is on the lower end as far as finish and tolerances. The interior door handles, for example, have some...
