I just wish there was options. Like ringtones back in the day. You get 10 mildly annoying sounds but at least one is tolerable.
As a bicyclist I really appreciate the engine noises, as hybrids and electrical cars can really sneak up on you.
This product makes sense for country folk though.
For me it helps diagnose issues.
Weird rough idle? Boggish acceleration? Loud revving noise? No revving noise? Surging? Ignition wobble? Heating up on a downhill? Bat not charging?
It's not super applicable in nice new cars, but once a vehicle hits 100k+ miles it does definitely come in handy.
Drove a Prius for a bit as a company car and generally disliked it. Not for the hybrid engine but for being a compact car.
It's tiny, uncomfortable and can't hail anything. If you just need to get to and from work, it is fine. But outside of that it has limited utility
Hmm
I do think hybrid fits as the car does have two sources of power. Sure for most drivers they are using EV a lot, but since the ICE is still helping it's not really an EV. If the gas engine was a backup you'd have a better case but since is it integrated and depended on, it's a harder one...
These supply chain interruptions are unprecedented. Anyone that says they could correctly predict it, is lying to you.
In this environment the only way to "beat" the issues is to greatly overbuy and overpay, neither of which is good for business or guaranteed to succeed.
Damn.
My hybrid lux needs to wait. I'm kinda happy to get bumped to the next model year at this point but upset on losing some bits (SIBL, 0% interest, and further unknowns)
Get a aftermarket dashcam and install it yourself. The one Ford sells is sub par and isn't even installed for you.
Look for sales on a VIOFO v129 Dual 4k (or equivalent) and you won't be disappointed
Get some extra straps and go behind the seats to the child car seat restraints. I've done that on previous vehicles and it's worked out well.
In other words, instead of looping around the headrest posts you add a bungie/pigtail strap straight down behind the headrests. These kind of...
It seems the majority of companies have forgotten this. It's not as easy in the short term, but there is always good money in running a clean honest business.
This is from another thread
https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/maverick-financing-lease-guaranteed-approval-program-valid-until-march-31-2022.2417/#post-51898
I dug through my screenshots on my phone and i found this. It's very likely i got it from this forum.
Couldn't tell you what thread and my Google image searches are turning up blanks. I did screenshot it on April 23rd 2022 if that helps.
EDIT: Found it...
Theives aren't smart. I think this thread is looking for ways to protect the resonator (because it looks like a cat)
I'm also planning on installing something as we have had an increase in resonator thefts recently in my area.
Parts of your math kinda checks out
$25,000 MSRP.
$4,021 Arbitrios (Puerto Rico Excise Tax)
$2,875 Sales Tax (PR 11.5%)
$400 basic car registration fees
$400 basic doc fee
= $32,696 bare minimum cost
So it looks like the ~$6000 markup is likely just a combination of shipping fees, ADM...
Nice, but boy howdy is that a lot of 80/20. Hopefully you have scrap lying around or a good source as that probably added up quickly.
What I really mean is, I'm jealous.
What is likely is that there is no/bad training.
Anyone who has worked or operated a phone center knows there should be a matrix of actions, guidelines and QA.
Not specifically flow script but at least some basic guidance. Being that the responses are all over the board, it points to...
There are 4 possible scenarios:
Dealer screwed up and didn't do ROVP by deadline and now is CYA
Dealer screwed up the color change. Cancelled your old order and created a new order (which was rejected). And is now in CYA
Dealer is too stupid to realize their change fiddled with your order...
Motorola MA1 wireless adapter - $97.17 + shipping
These were always out of stock and when they came back in I frantically hit "Buy it now" and ended up ordering way too many. Selling for exactly what I paid on Amazon plus ship.
They come and go on amazon but are often hard to get.
Pick up...
