Seems to matter if you Mav was built before 17 Feb 2025, and needs the ACCM reprogramed.
I have a '25 XLT Hybrid purchased on 16 Feb 2025. Connected services are Alexa (not used) and Premium Connectivity, which says "stay connected on the go with audio streaming and Alexa." Neither of which I use.
Both expire on the 2/13/26. I guess came part of dealer add on?
I had XM radio on...
The speed limit only shows up on the infotainment screen when actively going to a destination in navigation. Otherwise No, like if you drive somewhere you already know how to get to.
Android Auto comes out with updates for the phone all the time. If you don't update the phone to the latest version eventually it will cut off the connection between the truck and your phone.
Also if the phone drops gps connection Android auto will drop the connection between the phone and...
Yes, without a doubt. I'm not sure which data goes where. Ford gets it all for sure.
I have been working on a project to put a power seat from an XLT with the LUX package in my '25 XLT Hybrid. I was working on the passenger seat first. When I removed the OEM and installed the LUX package seat...
I know when I am near the truck with the fob I hear all kinds of clicking noises (locked or unlocked.) I wonder if this happens whenever the fob is in range of the truck waking it up and causing this phone behavior. Could just be my phone, which is a Motorola Ace 5G.
My Maverick auto connects to my phone when the vehicle is running. The problem I'm having is with my phone trying to connect or think it's connected to the truck when not in the truck. My Maverick is normally parked on a car port outside my workshop, and I don't have any issues parked at home...
The Forscan thread master spreadsheet lists a forscan change that enables what you desire. I the list is for first gen Mavericks and I have no idea if it will work on a 2025 with Sync 4.
Latest update on this project. The problem with the air bag light is that he RCM system is calibrated for the OEM OCS system and remembers the calibration which doesn't match the '22 passenger seat. I have 2 choices to clear the air bag light, find someone to recalibrate the OCS system or move...
Today I put the OEM '25 seat back in today and the air bag light cleared on the drivers dash, and the passenger on/off started working again. I' going to have to decide if I want to take the OCS system out of the '25 seat and put it into the '22 seat. I leaning to wanting to do it just want to...
More recent Dealer fun. I guess because I didn't but the extended warranty they decided to screw up my plate with the DMV. In Florida The decal on the plate has the plate number on it. The other day I went to take the dealers license plate frame off and noticed that the decal didn't match the...
My wife bought me the truck for Valentines day and she doesn't like that the passengers seat is the four way manual with no height adjust and no heat. Out of curiosity I searched the local used parts places on line and found the seats out of a '22 XLT with the Lux package. The passengers is a 6...
Thanks for all the support. I have come to learn this will not fix the issue. The RCM stores the calibration data for the PAD Occupant Classification System. When you put in a new seat the calibration doesn't match what is stored. This causes the air bag light.
There are only two ways to fix...
I am in the middle of swapping a '22 XLT w/Lux package into my '25 XLT. The fault I get which is in the RCM is B00A0 -AF, incorrect component installed. Pretty sure if I put the correct code in this spot the light will clear. My original seat was 4 way manual no heat. "22 seat is 6 way manual...
