  5. Advice on Sunroof for 2025 Lariat

    If your moonroof is only opening 4", have it checked. The roof opens fully, and as said above, a second push opens it all the way. Found it to be quiet, comparatively, at highway speeds.

    To summarize..... -Change oil with oem recommended spec product. -Do oil changes at recommended oem intervals. And for the truly dense... -Do not add eggs to your engine oil.

  8. Gas cap problems

    Couple of things I've noticed on my Lariat hybrid that may help. The fuel gauge is a little more sensitive to downhill situations compared to other vehicles I've owned. It doesn't take very much nose low to change the reading and it does react to changes a little slow.
  9. 2025 AWD Hybrid - Flat Tow Protocol

    Be careful. AWD flat tow is "emergency" only. (Very short distance and slow) "Recreational" towing is all wheels off the ground. Page 325.

  17. Snow = I'm impressed (2025 Maverick Lariat Hybrid on stock 19" Goodyear Wrangler HT)

    Stock 19" Goodyear Wrangler HT First time in snow. -3c with about 10-12cm of typical west coast wet, sticky, sloppy snow & a little bit of ice under the snow. Unplowed hard pack dirt road about 1km in length (my "driveway") on 10-15% grade hill in spots. Slippery mode on. Absolutely zero...
