If you call Ford marketing and you have the offer loaded then you're fine. If they can't see it, unless you're working with @fordvideoguy you're screwed and will most likely get zero help from your dealership.
They include precut paint protection, but it didn't cover the entire portion of where the mud flap contacts the paint. It's too early to tell whether or not they'll damage the paint. Size wise, they look nice and are similar to OEM.
Yes and no. Ford couldn't care less about it. Perhaps if there are enough people that got emails saying they were supposed to get the private offer, maybe there could be some kind of class action lawsuit.
Here's my 2023. It was ordered 11/2021 and delivered 12/13/22, but not picked up until last week due to waiting on Ford to try and resolve the private offer (they didn't).

I was almost not going to get it, but since I had ordered it in 2021, it was almost a "screw it" type of thing. Instead of feeling excited about the purchase, it was a very blah experience.

Well, the deal is finally done. Proud owner of a 2023 Hybrid. To no surprise to anyone, the dealership also tried to screw me on financing, so I just paid cash. Still no response from Ford on the private offer.
@fordvideoguy I thought the "sales/Inventory specialist" was the only person to contact regarding private offers. Are you saying there is another contact at Ford who deals exclusively with the Maverick? Is there any way they can assist?

It looks like I'm supposed to go in this evening and get the truck. From what I've read here, that seems like the most logical thing to do. I'll keep everyone posted if/when the deal is done.
I've never heard of a customer getting a rebate back after the fact. Do you have any examples of that occuring? I also attempted to reach out to the GM, but have yet to receive a response...I won't hold my breath.
