I transported a 2018 Ford Focus on my Trailer. I love the power of the Maverick and the Fuel economy is excellent while towing.

I just took a trip to transport a vehicle with my trailer, and I'm happy to say the towing capabilities of my Maverick are excellent. I may have been slightly over the 4k Towing weight, but the Truck handled it flawlessly. And the 20 MPG was sweet too. Here are some pics.

I have the same issue driving the Florida back roads. When the sun hits the pines along the road the shadows and light lines confuse the heck out of the lane-keeping system and it turns off.

Yep, but what quality or type of oil were you getting for that price? I bet it was not full synthetic high-quality oil. If you plan on keeping your car for a long while, I wouldn't trust that cheap oil change.

I've been doing oil changes with Mobil 1 Full Synthetic and their filter for several years. I did the first oil change on my Mav, and it was straightforward. I like to use the bundles sold by Advance, but everyone has those nowadays.

The owner's manual says that for severe conditions, which is the majority of driving in the US. The oil change is at 5k. The trans is 30k, and the spark plugs are at 60k. Just FYI.

I have noticed a chlorine-like smell from time to time. I haven't pinpointed yet if it's when in recirculation or air from the outside.

I have a feeling the dealer I got mine from what trying to do the same thing. But I hounded them up until the day it arrived at the dealer and I did not waste any time going there to pick it up. The process was horrible when I got there and I have to say I will never buy from them again!!

378 days for me. Ordered Oct 2021. It's a sweet ride. I'm sure you'll enjoy yours when you get it.

My experience was not good with the dealer. It was like pulling teeth. I wondered if they really wanted to make the sale or not. Picking it up was not an easy process either.

I'm sure they do that already, but it's just for their consumption if you know what I mean ;-)

I removed the shield on my FX4 during the first oil change and stored it. I will use it only when I go offroading. I feel better airflow overall is much better.
