Thanks for the info. I do take meticulous care of my Mav and these tires have never been underinflated. All 4 are showing the same issue. I will be replacing them soon. Unless someone thinks it may be worth visiting the dealer. I cringe whenever I need to go to the dealer.

I have over 20k on my factory Pirellis and they look great. I think they will go another 30k. I do rotate them at every 5k Oil Change.

I removed mine for daily use. I only add it when I go offroading. I think leaving it off provides much better airflow keeping everything from getting too hot.
