Same here. Never received any info from Ford or my dealer. Have a 5/9 build date but most likely changed as well. I guess the only way to know if by reaching out to a Ford rep to chat again. I really wish the email or dealer contact worked. Would alleviate so much guesswork on the customer.

I really like the tailgate applique and the FX2 sticker :) The only other things I want to do when I get mine is blackout the logos and the chrome/satin strip in the grille. I have also seen where the chrome in the headlights and taillights have been blacked out, but not sure how hard that is...

They have never called me. I have called twice to inquire and they never could tell me anything, other than I wasn't scheduled. Couldn't tell me if my order had been previewed, if I was a Priority 2, noting. Worthless.

So I decided to contact Ford chat since everyone else was having good luck. I have a VIN and build date! Build Date 5/9! I was never contacted by Ford or my sales rep. What a complete failure of communication on both of their parts. So frustrated by the process, but happy I have a build date!

Isn't it strange that so many people are using the chat feature and finding that they have been scheduled, but haven't gotten any notification from Ford or their dealer. I guess I need to try that myself. My truck could be here tomorrow and I wouldn't have a clue.

And you cant add it until you get a VIN, which you wont get until your are scheduled, so I am not sure why it is called Reservations and Orders...maybe that is only if you order directly from Ford, which you can't do on the Maverick, maybe you can with other vehicles.
