I just emailed 3 dealers this morning. If I can find a white limited with no markup I’ll likely buy and abandon my maverick order. I like the styling of the Santa Cruz way better, I just don’t like the added sticker price, but you get much more so….
If you aren’t looking for a hybrid and care more about towing at the over 30k price point of a maverick you might as well go to a Santa Cruz or ridge line or ranger. Under 30, value wins out. Maverick is truly a budget vehicle
Maybe, just maybe we will get lucky and they will offer an all black interior in 23. Quite odd they don’t already. I feel the interior of the trims matches some of the exterior colors and clashes with others. The lariat looks the worst to me personally, too many colors going on. Give us black.
I guess you aren’t GenX. You aren’t supposed to take what the media tells us with a grain of salt, you are supposed to conform, believe, and obey. It’s a reference to the 80s cult movie They Live. Thought you would get it, sorry. Carry on!
When the plant is not running production, the schedulers aren’t present either. Just maintenance and vehicle repair.
and yes you are correct, we are saying the same thing
They will get short work week for the mid week lay off which is about 85% of normal, and for the entire lay off week they will get unemployment and sub pay will make up the difference to get them to roughly 90% off their take home minus taxes.
It means there is no production at the plant, so current orders are pushed and nothing is being scheduled for the future. Everyone but facility maintenance and vehicle repair floor is on lay off
Priority code at the dealership, is just that. It has no bearing on anything outside of the dealership. The better question for them would be where are you in line at that dealer, and what does their historical allocation look like. Allocation is everything. You could get a build date in April...
