I donāt remotely need a maverick, I just wanted one. I might never even get mine ever anyway so whatever.
You are right though, lots of lifeās negative influences right now changing peoples plans.
Agreed. Thinking because you have a 22 on order that you will be first in line for a 23 if the 22 isnāt built is laughable.
Must consider the āmarket basket allocation formulaā š
Yep the electric water pump helps to cool the turbo when it shuts off but Iāll still subscribe to wanting my turbo to have oil pressure/cooling.
Like I said, sign me up, you do you.
A plan on about a 30k maverick is about 1500 off. D plan is about 1400 then, so about half of the discount that granger advertised.
In a couple years, you will be able to negotiate a better price without any plan pricing easily.
I already purchased this in the hopes of eventually getting my maverick delivered.
Sign me up, Iāll gladly pay the 100 for the thrill of wasting gas at red lights to not stop a turbo from being cooled when hot at a stop light.
Absolute worst thing you can do with a turbo engine is turn it off...
I wouldnāt even consider a maverick with a 1.5. Iād do a Santa Cruz for sure if the 1.5 was the only turbo engine available regardless of the SC extra expense.
1.5 to me has zero redeeming qualities. worthless engine. The 2.5 Mazda NA is the better choice at that point
Go ahead and believe auto blog then. Doesnāt change the fact that the rear gear in the towing package will be less fuel efficient than the standard gear. Iād like to see a Ford release stating the epa mileage is with the optional gear.
we can agree to disagree chump
Agreed. Snow tires can make a huge impact. Weight, increased friction, more flex because of softer compounds, more rolling resistance could all be factors with snow tires.
No. The larger tires, if someone did the math in relation to diameter and the gear ratio, and came up with the same end āratioā fuel mileage would be still be negatively impacted by the heavier tire/wheel package.
