Hello All, Received my new XL EB in early February, and just turned over 17K…lots of highway miles. This last trip blew me away…check the pic. 36.2 mpg without really trying too hard. No passengers and very lightly loaded. Tires @ 35PSI cold. Rt 84 in CT to 81 down to central VA.

It’s not a big issue either way w me. I did really like the dasn located push button shifter on my 2020 Lincoln MKZ. It was easy to see and press while still having an “eyes up” view. The rotary sometimes is hard to see in bright sunlight.

I might be repeating here…but happens to me with Auto set on…or when in Eco mode…or when I stop and Auto Start/Stop kicks in. If I disable all that stuff it works very predictably.

Heat it up with a hair dryer and go easy with a fingernail or plastic scraper…
