Thank you for that. I went to the link and it said modules found with a file to download. However, I have no idea what any of it means. Is there some place that explains it in layman's terms? Thanks!
I've dropped 41# in 6 months! One goal was to be more comfortable in the Maverick. When I saw a test Maverick at a dealership about 4 months ago, I didn't feel comfortable in it at all. However, when I test drove one a couple weeks ago, I loved it. I felt comfortable in it, and didn't feel...
Yeah, I give up trying to figure out or understand how any of this process works. Some pushed back. Some moved up a week. This dealer allocation. That dealer allocation. It's truly a crazy process and a wild ride.
Just checked the tracker this morning. It's still saying "In production" with the date of 10/22/21. However, I now also have an ETA delivery date of 12/3/21. It's getting more real and will be here soon! Patience, patience, patience...
I am still showing as "In production" on the tracker. From what I've gathered in other posts, it's about a 10-14 day process until people have seen their Mav go from "In production" to "Built". So, I think we just gotta wait and be patient...😂
Exactly! In the past I've settled for cars the dealer had on the lot. Sometimes by choice, most times not. This is really the first vehicle where I can get it (pretty much) how I want it. I would have gone with the XLT, but there were some creature comforts and tech that I really wanted, and...
Same thing happened with the tracking for my Mav. Build got moved from 10/11 to 10/18. Then the tracker showed "In Production" Thursday of last week. I have a window sticker too. I am hoping for good things this week, but have not received any emails from Ford, aside from my order...
Those look great! I want these tires, or something like them when I get my Mav. Hoping a place like Discount Tire will take the Pirelli's for a decent price off of these.
OK, so maybe I am misconstruing what it means by blend. I'm taking the blend date to mean that the truck is together and going through final stages, but from your timeline, it looks like blend might mean, they just put the body and frame together with everything else still needed to be done...
I get what you're saying, but according to the sticky post, the "blend is the point where the chassis and body meet on the assembly line to go through final assembly. The work on the body and chassis has already begun a few shifts before this date." If my window sticker is correct, my blend...
Yes. I had to put down a $500, refundable deposit. I figured it was refundable, so if things went south, I still go it back. Now it'll be $500 less I have to pay when I get the truck.
Look under part of the sticker that says "Special Order". There you will see your blend date. The 6 numbers at the end are it. Of course, that's if I'm reading everything right. Then, at the top of the sticker, above the fuel economy, you will see some numbers like xxxx/xxxx. This would be...
OK, so the tracker page was being crazy all week. This morning, I put in my information, and everything appeared, with a surprise. The tracker is now saying my Mav is "In Production," and I can now view my window sticker. This is all after I received an email stating my Mav was being pushed...
I'm hoping it's just a problem with the Ford servers or something, but I cannot see my Mav in the tracking. When I click the tracking link in my email, instead of inputting the order # and VIN, the areas a blank. After being pushed back a week on my build date, seeing this has raised a red...
I know a lot of people have gone with out-of-state dealers and have gotten 3-4% under MSRP, but I like the idea of staying local. Of all of the dealers in Columbus, I went with Roush. Haven't seen anything from them that has thrown up red flags, like other dealers. I'd certainly stay away...
