Yeah I really like this forum. I really like taking control of the situation and figuring out what's going on, before I act. I mean if this is my biggest problem with the truck when you look at how everything else is going in the world with shortages and delays it's really no big deal at all...

It's a warranty item so it's free. It was pretty easy for me. I went in. It took about 20 minutes for them to identify it and probably take the same time when it comes in. Either way, it's back. Ordered until May sometime.

Actually it is illuminated I didn't think it was but... It just lacks power and data. So that must be a different cable. Maybe yours has the same issue.

The cable is back ordered until May. But they were in and out pretty quick. Didn't even ask for me to set up an appointment. Just got the part number and ordered it and said they would call when it comes in. My ports weren't illuminated.

So stopped at the dealer this morning and they took it right in and cable is missing. So ordered.

Thanks. I just figured if there was something simple, it's easier than going the dealer route. I know they'll take care of it. I'm not really an uptight person about stuff like that. Whatever is the simplest path to a conclusion is my path of the day. It's just a USB port.

Picked up an XLT Hybrid today, ordered July 2021. Everything works great, Beshore & Koller in Manchester, Pa. was great, no upcharges, price was what was on the order last July, in and out in 10 minutes and an overall great experience.... except I don't seem to have any power to the front USB...

WeatherTech doesn't list a compatible tray floor mat for the 22' Maverick Hybrid. I saw somewhere in here months back that an Escape mat fit? Or looking for some other source for a pan-type, hard plastic, non-carpeted, front floor mats.
