No it doesnāt. I haul 9-10ā lumber in the bed. I put the tailgate at it angled position, strap it down across the tailgate, and stick a flag on the end. Hell of a lot safer than this set-up.
Design flaw???? I guess when it sinks when try to drive across water thatās a design flaw as well. Manufacturers canāt build every conceivable scenario into a vehicle, especially when it starts at around $20k.

There is currently a backlog of orders that could take three to four years to fill. It's disappointing that some F-150 Lightning reservation holders won't receive their trucks until 2024. After receiving more orders than expected, the order books closed last...

Such a horrible truck. First pizzas wonāt sit flat, now the doors wonāt auto shut without some muscle. Thatās it, selling mine before the seats stop working.
They should have made you agree to this when you ordered, not after it arrived. Unbelievable how greedy some of these dealers are. I bought mine 13 months ago, several hundred UNDER MSRP and my dealer didnāt do any kind of crap like this.

Always amazed that people expect Ford to send out e-mails constantly to tens of thousands of people. What are you expecting them to tell you that you donāt already know?
I took mine in and they ordered the airbag parts in late November, had them in and got them installed at the end of December, got a tumbler in the mail last week. My tumbler is white by the way.
