Well considering that most moron drivers rarely use their turn signals, I don't see this as an issue at all. The seem to find fog lights much more important than turn signals.

Your best option is to dispute the charge with your credit card company. But, you will eventually hav e to provide concrete evidence that what you ordered was NOT what you received.
