I just wanted to share this link, it's a pretty awesome audio build someone did for a buddy. I'm not sure if it's been posted or not and if it has sorry about that.

You have me thinking about doing a nice order to us composites right now, get some 1708 biaxial and some 1.5 oz chopped mat and nice gal of marine grade resin along with some talc or cabosil depending on weight I'm wanting. Now you got me thinking and thats never good for me lol
I'm definitely thinking that direction as well for both, mdf seems to be more easy to work with. You should definitely try out some cardboard and try some stuff out but might as well get some quotes, you never know you might find a steal
What are you thinking about using to build your box, I'm going back and forth between fiberglass and 3/4 mdf or a combination between the two.
That's awesome your truck is finally being built, you'll love it when you get it, I'm loving mine alot more then I thought I would to be honest.
I'm...
That's me honestly being super picky and OCD doing the buy once cry once route lol.
I will be building the box myself I've decided after seeing how awesome a lot of the people on here have done and want to try it out, really hoping I can fit my subs if not I got a few some awesome 8's in mind
Not yet sadly, waiting on some equipment and for me to make up my mind and how much money I'm really wanting to spend on top of what I spent already.
Next month I will be bring my truck to David at sound express in cedarhill to install the amps, dsp, front speakers and some custom made brackets...
That's definitely a great thing about the rear seat and back wall. Im not surprised about the doors, I had quite a lot of resonance when I had the audiofrogs in mine with higher volume. Nothing some cld and ccf foam didn't take care of though
I honestly don't think full coverage will be needed so much especially since it's dynamat, 60% should be enough if you got that much. Is it the dynamat extreme? Hoping you can fit it though as that's most important
Can you possibly give the measurements without the tubs? Lol that was my job last weekend I ended up never getting too. Is their alot more room without them?
I did not just due to it being my personal vehicle and me doing it regardless. The little bit I have done has helped with road noise but I know once I do the floor and roof will be a massive differenc
