We've had a couple members get scheduled a few days after ordering. It's all dependent on your build and if your dealer has allocations. Scheduling is backlog is completely cleared for certain models and configs.

They can probably change it but from their perspective why should your order be ahead of another person's order? Most dealers just keep the same priority for everyone unless there's some special circumstance.

Because it’s technically internal information and a dealer may not feel comfortable sharing that. You’re right, they should relay the information about your offer but I wouldn’t expect every dealer to hand those out.

You should be able to get your $ amount and certificate number from Ford Marketing department. The form posted above is a screenshot of the dealer's internal tool and they DO NOT have to provide that to you.

It was always confusing having two different Copilot 360 packages, I don't blame you. In 2024 Ford took all the optional packages from the 2023 Lariat and made them standard, including the Lux package and both 360 packages. Should have been that way from the start IMO. Enjoy the truck!
